• Why She Likes It: I love to make this dish for parties because it is super simple and I can get creative with the fruit design each time! My favorite combination is strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

• Why She Likes It: Because they are so pretty, refreshing, crunchy, and they can be a snack, side dish, or go in a salad. They are easy and fun to make.

• Favorite Dish: Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Garlic Cilantro Lime Slaw
• Why She Likes It: This recipe reminds me of a hearty Texas summer meal! This dish pairs realy well with a marg, or a cold beer on a warm day. I add some chili pepper to give it an extra kick!
