Initial Site Audit and Benchmarking
Upon enrolling in an iBec Tech Support Program, we will review your site for security updates and performance optimizations depending on which option you have chosen. We will bring your website platform and plugins up to date and address any additional issues or technical pain points you may be experiencing with your site.
Uptime Monitoring and Maintenance
iBec will configure your site with 24/7 uptime monitoring so we will be notified if there is an issue that causes your site to go offline. We will continue to monitor your site and install platform and plugin updates on a monthly basis. If your site is hosted with iBec it will also be configured with automatic backups and malware/security scans. We will only be a phone call or email away if you experience any issues with your site moving forward.
Optimizations and Performance Enhancements
If you choose option 2 or 3 of our tech support programs an iBec developer will take baseline performance scans of your 3 most trafficked pages to identify and implement ways to increase the speed and performance of these pages. This will continue each month until all of the major page types have been optimized.
Our Tech Support Programs
iBec Tech Support Programs are broken into 3 options:
Option 1 — Secure
- iBec will maintain the health and security of your website each month by monitoring for platform upgrades and updating apps, modules, and plugins.
- iBec will re-test all aspects of the website that may have been affected by these updates to ensure no new issues have been introduced by the upgrades.
- Priority technical support as needed.
Option 2 — Optimized
- In addition to the monthly platform security updates iBec will utilize regular Google Lighthouse scans to identify opportunities to increase site speed and performance and ensure your site utilizes development best practices.
- Priority technical support as needed.
Option 3 — Enterprise
- In addition to the monthly security and performance updates, iBec will set up automated testing to make sure your customers can complete actions on your site such as logging in, making purchases, submitting contact forms, etc. iBec will also work with you to plan and complete ongoing custom website development projects as needed.
